When should I Arrive?

Arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment. This will give you time to settle in and complete any necessary forms. Our patients enjoy prompt appointments so that treatments begin and end on time.

Mobile Phone Usage

We ask that mobile phones be turned off or on vibration mode during your visit with us. Should you need to use your cell phone, we ask you use it in our outer lobby.

Cancellation Policy

Should a cancellation be necessary, please be aware that all single services require a 24 hour cancellation; multiple services and packages require a 48 hour notice. If notification is not received in a timely manner, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Age Requirement

Our atmosphere is designed for adults and teenagers. Please understand that we cannot accommodate infants and young children during your treatment.

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which would affect your service when making your reservation.

Concerns relating to pregnancy, impaired mobility, allergies, recent surgeries or medical conditions should be discussed with our physicians or providers during your consultation.
